Dr. Polina Surina is a Cultural Strategist and Founder of ArtisDomus. She works with family offices, developers and hospitality brands, helping them transform culture into a strategic asset that enhances long-term value, identity and competitive advantage. 

Holding a Ph.D. in Economics and executive education from Sotheby’s Institute of Art and the University of Oxford, she bridges cultural vision with investment strategy across Europe and the Middle East.
